The staff was excellent, breakfast was marvellous,
Although our room was fine, the house needs a lot of repair and maintenance, the grass has not been cut in months. It is defnitively not a 5 star any more.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was truly impressed. The location in the upmarket suburb was absolutely perfect, nestled in a quiet and secure neighborhood with stunning views across the valley. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping throughout my stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a sitting area, terrace, and even a dining table. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the fact that the hotel provided toiletries and a hairdryer. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great places to relax and soak up the sun. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
This place is an absolute gem! I can't recommend it enough to family and friends.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide selection for my wife and a decent option for me as a vegan. The location was peaceful and the view was incredibly tranquil. The owner went above and beyond by upgrading us to the presidential suite free of charge and allowing us a late checkout. The staff were welcoming and attentive, with outstanding attention to detail. The rooms were cozy and the overall value for money was amazing. I always feel at home when staying here. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent security. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the rooms were well-equipped with all our needs. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

I recently spent a weekend in the heart of the city and was thrilled with my choice of accommodation. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a great value for money, easily accessible location near major attractions and exceptional customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised to have complimentary toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi in my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
While I had an overall positive experience at the hotel, there were a few drawbacks. The walls were thin and I was able to hear noise from other rooms often.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay with my spouse and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, and the views were simply breathtaking. the location in itself was amazingly serene and we could enjoy a peaceful ambiance throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with comfortable amenities.
The absence of towel rails and hand towels made it slightly inconvenient, and the basic toiletries like hand soap could have been better. the power cuts during load shedding was an issue as there were limited back up provisions available.

Our room was comfortable and well-furnished, with a refreshing pool just outside the door. The breakfast was delicious and served on a terrace with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during our stay.
The hotel had limited access to Wi-Fi, making it difficult to use our devices.
